At Arke Bakery, we craft our sourdough breads following traditional French methods, just as it was done long ago, right at the mill.
Our key ingredient? Sustainably grown Zeeland grain, stone-milled by hand at the Korenmolen d’Arke.
We work exclusively with freshly milled flour, resulting in bread that is richly aromatic and packed with nutrients, unsaturated fatty acids, and minerals.
